There are times you need to get out of your surroundings, and find a place to sit in peace. One of my favorites is the park, the beach maybe at night or the crack of dawn. It can be hard to find a place where know one bothers you. But where there is a will, there is a way. In meditating in your space or doing yoga. You find some way to relief the chaos from you mind. Talk to yourself, stretch, or do breathing exercises whatever it may be. Just take some time out once a week like as if it was prescribed to you. Giving yourself clarity that will make you happy.
