Many people think of Yoga as painful, but it’s about flexibility only do what your able. Classes are more for people already doing yoga start small. I would say meditate about what you think of yourself, when you find you love yourself for who you are, start feeling out what stretch your body wants. You can even lay on the floor to figure it out as long as you don’t fall asleep, maybe you needed that too. After you start lite stretching everyday try one pose at a time. You might want to take a class or go to that peaceful place on your own, also don’t worry about what people think there going to do it anyways even if you just sit there. Your welcome!
