A cup a day keeps your skin and waist line tone, and healthy. Tea can help you sleep as well, and can also help you go to the restroom. It can also be an alternative to coffee, like Matcha Green Tea that doesn’t give you the jitters. There fruits and flowers that can be used in teas, one of my favorites is Hibiscus Tea with honey.
