The best source of vitamins is actually through the food you eat, yet taking a multi vitamin can boost your bodies abilities. There are many good brands out there, but there not what you get at the grocery store. Vitamin shops and online researches can change the way you see what you body needs. I’m taking the brand Alive, wanting to make sure the ingredients are part of fruits and vegetables. Understanding what vitamins come from, what fruit or vegetables can be looked up.
