There is no special tactic in losing weight it all starts with nutrition. Now for step four, eat something health every two hours you may think your eating to much, however your activating your body into fuel burn mode. Hand portions of sliced apples, yogurt, fiber bar, cheese crackers, half a sandwich, rice an steamed veggies, etc. Make sure your taking in foods from the pyramid table or eat for the vitamins. You may get irritable from not eating the sugary foods from before. As you eat healthier you will noticed a lot of differences in the things you were eating before. Always look at the ingredient labels the front labels lie. You can look up words on your phone you don’t understand to know what they mean. Now for five, get up a little earlier to stretch for adleast 15 minutes to move the blood in your body, or do some yoga. Any kind of cardio on a daily bases will set your body to flight. Last the six thing, in limiting your food intake, drinking more fluids, getting some kind of daily exercise, take a multi vitamin, and not just any one a good ingredient brand.
